Event staffing should match the guest flow. A standing reception, a seated dinner, a trade show and a brand activation all need different profiles. We look at guest count, arrival peaks, service format, language, dress code, venue access and who manages the team on site.
Receptions and corporate events
For receptions we assess bar stations, arrival timing, check-in, cloakroom and whether hosts need to guide guests between zones. A short arrival peak can be handled by reassigning tasks within a shift. Bookings have a four-hour billing minimum per staff member.
Dinners, catering and hospitality
For service we consider table plan, number of courses, buffet or plated service, kitchen distance and clearing. Seated service usually needs more experienced profiles, while buffet formats often benefit from wait staff plus runners.

Price example: one staff member for 4 hours
This example uses the calculator's default wage of DKK 170 per hour and its fee for 1–5 staff. The wage is the worker's pay, not your total hourly price.
The minimum is 4 billable hours per staff member. Hours above 9 in a shift use 1.5 times the hourly wage, with holiday pay calculated on wages. The service fee applies per hour per staff member.
